Mobile apps

Get the EngageOne mobile app for iOS or Android, sign in with your installation URL, turn on push notifications and fix common sign-in problems.

On this page

The mobile app lets you reply to customers, pick up assigned conversations and get push notifications on your iPhone or Android phone.

Get the app

Driansh EngageOne doesn't have its own listing in the App Store or Google Play that we can point you to here. Your team uses the app that matches your EngageOne installation.

  1. Ask your EngageOne administrator, or Driansh support, for the app download link for your account.
  2. Ask them for your installation URL too. This is the address you use to open EngageOne in your browser, for example https://support.yourcompany.com.
  3. Install the app on your phone.

Tip: Your installation URL is the first part of the address bar when you're signed in to EngageOne on a computer, up to the first / after the domain.

  1. Open the app.
  2. If the app asks for a server or installation URL, enter your EngageOne installation URL. Include https:// and leave out anything after the domain.
  3. Sign in with the same email and password you use in the browser.
  4. If you belong to more than one account, check that you're working in the right one.

Turn on push notifications

  1. When the app asks to send notifications, tap Allow.
  2. On a computer, open your profile notification preferences and tick the events you want in the Push notification column.

The same Push notification choices apply to the browser and the mobile app. You don't need to set them twice.

If you tapped Don't Allow by mistake:

Phone Where to turn notifications back on
iPhone Settings → Notifications, then choose the app and turn on Allow Notifications.
Android Settings → Apps, choose the app, then Notifications, and turn them on.

Menu names can differ slightly between phone makers and system versions.

What the app is for

The app is built for day-to-day conversation work away from your desk, such as reading and replying to customers, and picking up conversations assigned to you. The exact features depend on the app version you install.

Setup tasks, such as adding inboxes, building automations or changing account settings, are best done in the browser.

Troubleshooting

No push notifications on your phone Notifications are off on the phone or in your preferences See Notifications not arriving

Note: Changing your password signs you out on your other devices, including the mobile app.
